- Case Preparation: Throughout this stage, we will collect necessary documents to prepare your legal forms and supporting evidence. You will be able to send sensitive documents securely through our secured portal.
- Case submission: Once all required forms, letters, and supporting evidence are prepared and properly signed or e-signed, our team will assemble the finalized case file and file it to the USCIS for you. Our office will receive a copy of your case receipt notices and keep you informed on every update from the USCIS about your case.
- Interview: Some green card categories require an in-person interview. Upon receipt of the interview notice, your immigration lawyer will contact you to set up a meeting, help you prepare additional evidence to bring to the interview, prepare sample interview questions based on your unique case specifics, provide you with a mock interview for practice, and physically go with you on your big day and sit by your side for your green card interview at the USCIS office.
- Case Completion and Delivery: Once your case is approved, our office will receive the approval notice and the green card in mail. We will contact you to either pick up your important legal documents in person from our office or mail it to you with tracking.

Our office will receive a copy of your case receipt notices and keep you informed on every update from the USCIS about your case.
- PERM Interviews and On-site Audit: Your attorney will work closely with your company to prepare all legal documents in compliance and prepare you for any PERM interviews or On-Site Audits.
- Case Completion and Delivery: Once your case is approved, our office will receive the approval notices and the green cards in mail. We will securely mail all legal documents to you or your employees with tracking.
